Develop and implement focused programs and initiatives that tackle gender disparities and advance social justice within communities and workplaces. This includes raising awareness of gender-based violence (GBV) and femicide, creating safe environments, and promoting equitable practices across all sectors.

Amalinda's founder and CEO is an ordained Bishop and a prominent church leader, alongside being a dedicated social justice activist. The organization also boasts a team of experienced and qualified specialists in areas such as childcare, social and structural drivers, and social work. Individuals seeking counseling on various issues are encouraged to reach out to Amalinda. Additionally, the founder and Managing Director of Amalinda Consultancy has been appointed as a Commissioner of Oaths, authorized to solemnize marriages in South Africa.

Amalinda is actively involved in meaningful conversations with men and boys from both faith-based and traditional sectors, aiming to promote and advance the vital narrative of gender equality. By fostering dialogue and collaboration among these communities, Amalinda seeks to challenge existing norms and encourage inclusive perspectives that support equal rights and opportunities for all genders.
